Yma Sumac, originally known as Zoila Augusta Emperatriz Chávarri del Castillo, (September 13, 1922, Ichocán, Peru – November 1, 2008, Los Angeles, California) was a legendary Peruvian-American soprano singer who gained worldwide fame for her enormous vocal range. According to some sources, her vocal range in her heyday "well exceeded three octaves", according to other sources she could reach five octaves... In 1971, she recorded and released a rock album titled Miracles.

Miracles is a studio album by Peruvian vocalist/performer Yma Sumac, produced by Les Baxter and released in 1972 on London Records.
