Bruce Springsteen's second studio album, The Wild, The Innocent & The E Street Shuffle, was released on November 5, 1973, through Columbia Records. Recorded at 914 Sound Studios in Blauvelt, New York, with the E Street Band, the album marked the first time Springsteen officially featured the band in a studio recording.
