Stone the Crows were a Scottish blues rock band formed in Glasgow in late 1969. The band were formed after Maggie Bell was introduced to Les Harvey by his elder brother Alex Harvey. They are remembered for the onstage electrocution of guitarist Les Harvey (13 September 1944 - 3 May 1972). The debut album of the same-name was released in 1970.

British heavy bluesrock band, based in Cardiff, Wales, formed in 1968 as a blues band Spoonfull. In 1970 the band changed its name to Universe. In 1971 they were touring in Norway, where they recorded and released their only album Universe (1971) as 300 copies and only a small part was sold with the official album cover. In Britain they did many college gigs supporting Yes, Fleetwood Mac, Rory Gallagher, Jethro Tull, Chicken Shack, Man, Black Sabbath and many other early 1970s bands. They eventually disbanded in 1972.

"Victims Of Tradition" is the second album from this early 70s Christian psych rock group. Agape was from California and preaching the gospel using a psych rock format and musically it's pretty good. Fred Caban wrote the lyrics, music and supplies the vocals on all the tracks. Fred was a young guitarist from Azusa, CA, who became a born-again Christian shortly after graduating from high school in 1968. In an effort to help evangelize his peers, Caban formed the band with bassist John Peckhart and drummer Mike Jungkman... etc (by Ken Scott)

Smak was a Serbian and former Yugoslav prog rock band, with strong jazz fusion and blues undertones. Smak was formed in 1971 in Kragujevac, Serbia, by guitar virtuoso Radomir Mihailović, nicknamed "Točak" ("the Wheel"). The first stable line-up, in late 1974, included Točak, drummer Slobodan Stojanović Kepa, bass guitarist Zoran Milanović, singer Boris Aranđelović, and keyboardist Laza Ristovski. In 1975 they appeared as an opening act for the Deep Purple concert in Belgrade. After a successful hit single and a concert with Deep Purple, they released their first LP called Smak 1975. It was one of the best debut albums of all time in ex-Yugoslavia...

The Corporation were an American psychedelic rock band, active in the 1960s. Formed in 1968, when the Kondos brothers.
Their debut, self-named album was a regional hit in early 1969 and was in the Billboard Top LP Chart for four weeks, while hitting number three in Milwaukee. The whole second side was taken up by The Corporation's version of John Coltrane's "India". Within two years, The Corporation made two further albums, Hassels In My Mind and Get On Our Swing. The band broke up in 1970.
