Gary Puckett And The Union Gap (initially credited as The Union Gap featuring Gary Puckett) was an American pop rock group active in the late 1960s. Gary Dale Puckett (born October 17, 1942) is an American singer widely known as the lead vocalist for Gary Puckett & The Union Gap, who had six consecutive gold records in 1968, including "Woman Woman", "Young Girl", "Lady Willpower", "Over You", "Don't Give In to Him" and "This Girl Is a Woman Now."
After the Union Gap disbanded in 1971, Puckett signed to Columbia and embarked on a solo career...

The Stalk-Forrest Group was a pre-cursor to Blue Öyster Cult, featuring the same line-up (except for bassist Andy Winters). They recorded one album in 1970, but their label decided not to release it. The group changed their name to Blue Öyster Cult the following year and replaced Winters with Joe Bouchard. The album was finally given official release in 2001.
