Butts Band was a British and American group formed by ex-Doors members John Densmore and Robby Krieger, active from 1973 to 1975. The band released two albums and, with the exception of Krieger and Densmore, they consisted of different band personnel on each.

Barrabas was a Spanish group formed in the early '70s by former Los Brincos leader Fernando Arbex. The Madrid-based group was equally influenced by funk and psychedelic and Latin rock. Throughout their career, they flirted with jazz-funk and disco a handful of singles become club favorites in several countries. After a self-titled 1977 album, the group disbanded. "Power" was the band's third release.

The Mercury Years: This compilation album by Harvey Mandel was released in 1995 and includes his first three solo albums from 1968 to 1970. It was originally released on Mercury Records and later reissued as part of the "Chronicles" series.

Harvey "The Snake" Mandel (born March 11, 1945) is an American blues rock guitarist known for his innovative approach to electric guitar playing. A professional at twenty, he played with Charlie Musselwhite, Canned Heat, The Rolling Stones, and John Mayall before starting a solo career.
