This compilation of 60s Australian psychedelic pop-rock band from Perth "The Valentines", bringing together all of the group's A and B sides as well as rare recordings such as the “Doin’ The Heavy”, radio ad. The Valentines famously kick-started the career of Bon Scott who went on to become vocalist Fraternity then who later joined AC/DC and Vince Lovegrove, who subsequently became a successful music journalist and manager.

US American country rock band that has existed in various forms since its founding in Long Beach, California in 1966. The group's membership has had at least a dozen changes over the years, including a period from 1976 to 1981 when the band performed and recorded as The Dirt Band. Constant members since the early times are singer-guitarist Jeff Hanna and drumer Jimmie Fadden. Multi-instrumentalist John McEuen was with the band from 1966 to 1986 and returned during 2001. Keyboardist Bob Carpenter joined the band in 1977. The band is often cited as instrumental to the progression of contemporary country and roots music.

Zoot Money's Big Roll Band was a British rhythm and blues and modern jazz group, with influence from rock and roll that was formed in England by Zoot Money, in the early autumn of 1961. The band has had a number of personnel changes over the years and was still performing in 2020. Money died in 2024, at the age of 82.
Paul Williams (born Paul Nigel Vincent Yarlett; 19 September 1940 - 1 March 2019) was an English blues and rock singer and musician. During his early career he joined Zoot Money's Big Roll Band on bass and vocals, alongside the guitarist Andy Summers.

Aguirre is the seventh album by German band Popol Vuh. It contains music used in the soundtrack to Werner Herzog's film Aguirre, the Wrath of God (1972), first released as an album in 1975 on Ohr. This score was the first of many film collaborations between the group and Herzog. Only two tracks ("Aguirre I" and "Aguirre II") are from the film, the rest were gathered from various recordings done by the group.
